I have now served as a member of Desborough Town Council for twenty six years and I can say, quite honestly, that I am not aware of a single occasion when councillors have done this.

I can’t answer for other parties but if anyone has a specific example of when Labour Councillors have put party before the interest of the community I would be very interested to hear about it. If you go to the comments box below you can comment anonymously and let me have the details.
